Many of Ashlyn’s clients are high-achievers and current or former athletes who seem to have it all together—but underneath, they’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, low self-worth, disordered eating, or identity loss. Whether you’re silently battling body image concerns, feeling crushed by expectations, or grieving the version of yourself you thought you had to be, As a former Division I athlete, Ashlyn brings lived experience to the unique mental load of high performance – whether in athletics, academics, or everyday life. Ashlyn offers a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. For those who desire it, faith-based counseling is also available.

Jax is passionate about working with those who have felt held back by painful circumstances that prevent connection, safety, and hope. Many of her clients are those who have experienced trauma, grief, shame, anxiety, and attachment / relational struggles; they are looking to feel connected both within themselves and to those around them. Jax’s approach is relational, warm, empathic, and focused on developing trust and safety. While in session, collaboration and undoing aloneness are central as Jax moves with clients toward growth and their unique goals. Jax offers EMDR and EFIT to help clients become “unstuck” and process what hurts. With the scars and wounds that have been left by a broken world and the loss or rupture of relationships, there is hope for healing.

Taylor enjoys working with young adults and adults who feel stuck in their lives, perhaps due to negative beliefs about themselves and the world around them or patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them. Taylor offers an empathetic, collaborative, and personable approach to sessions and welcomes humor and laughter along the way. She specializes in treating anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, attachment based issues, and the effects of trauma and stressful life events.

Stefanie earned her Clinical Master’s of Science in Social Work degree from Columbia University in New York City.

Stef loves to work with young adults and adults who struggle with the need to control or who feel stuck in the perfection cycle and couples who want to set a healthy, grounded foundation for marriage. Stef brings a calm, down to earth energy with a touch of humor. She really enjoys working with those struggling with food & body image concerns, social anxiety & other stress and anxiety.

Mackenzie is passionate about supporting teens, college students and young adults, and especially enjoys working with young adults as they begin to figure out who they are while transitioning into a more independent individual. She strives to bring a bright, empathetic energy to sessions to help clients let go of old thought patterns and find confidence in practicing new ones, specifically focused on anxiety, self-esteem and emotional regulation, and ADHD. Mackenzie encourages clients to give themselves grace and compassion as they begin to discover and value themselves as an always worthy, ever-growing, ever-changing human.

As a spouse of a first responder and a former educator, Margaret offers a compassionate approach that prioritizes creating an environment where her clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to achieve their goals. She fosters a supportive space for women facing the overwhelming demands of life, guiding them through feelings of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. With a deep understanding of the emotional exhaustion that can accompany balancing multiple roles, Margaret is dedicated to helping her clients build resilience and navigate their challenges.

Anna enjoys helping people pursue personal goals and develop healthy coping skills. She cares about helping people reclaim their lives despite stressors and other difficult circumstances. Anna specializes in working with adults who may be struggling with depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, insomnia, stressors, and other life challenges. Anna is particularly interested in social connection and relationships, as well as the link between physical health and mental health. Anna strives to help people develop a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
