Abby enjoys working with individuals who feel stuck in trauma, difficult relationship patterns, or the impact of addiction in their lives or families. Many of her clients are navigating attachment wounds, substance use concerns, and the emotional weight of past experiences. Abby’s approach is relational, warm, and experiential, with a focus on helping clients feel safe enough to explore what may feel overwhelming or hard to put into words. She integrates Brainspotting and creative approaches, including working with art in session, to help clients process deeper emotional experiences and move through what feels stuck. Abby also has a special interest in supporting individuals struggling with substance use and loved ones affected by addiction as they work toward healing and healthier relationships.

Jax is passionate about working with those who have felt held back by painful circumstances that prevent connection, safety, and hope. Many of her clients are those who have experienced trauma, grief, shame, anxiety, and attachment / relational struggles; they are looking to feel connected both within themselves and to those around them. Jax’s approach is relational, warm, empathic, and focused on developing trust and safety. While in session, collaboration and undoing aloneness are central as Jax moves with clients toward growth and their unique goals. Jax offers EMDR and EFIT to help clients become “unstuck” and process what hurts. With the scars and wounds that have been left by a broken world and the loss or rupture of relationships, there is hope for healing.
