About Margaret
Margaret specializes in helping adults and young adults overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and burnout. Whether it’s women balancing countless responsibilities or spouses of first responders coping with stress and emotional strain, Margaret’s approach is both warm and direct. As a mom and former educator, she understands the challenge of managing multiple roles and how easily burnout can take over. Margaret guides her clients in finding effective strategies to restore balance, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm in their everyday lives.
Margaret creates a supportive space for women who feel overwhelmed by the demands of life, helping them work through feelings of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. Margaret is also experienced in supporting spouses and partners of first responders, who often face unique challenges like worry and disconnection. Her passion is empowering all of her clients to feel seen, supported, and equipped to achieve their goals.
