About Ashlyn
Ashlyn is a therapist who understands the pressure to keep performing – even when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure who you are outside of your achievements.

She specializes in working with teens, college students, and young adults trying to stay afloat in a world that expects them to be everything to everyone. Many of Ashlyn’s clients are high-achievers and current or former athletes who seem to have it all together—but underneath, they’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, low self-worth, disordered eating, or identity loss. Whether you’re silently battling body image concerns, feeling crushed by expectations, or grieving the version of yourself you thought you had to be, Ashlyn offers a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Her approach blends warmth and accountability. Ashlyn helps clients build emotional resilience, develop tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and redefine success in a way that aligns with who they truly are.
Ashlyn tailors each session to her clients’ needs using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. For those who desire it, faith-based counseling is also available.

As a former Division I athlete, Ashlyn brings lived experience to the unique mental load of high performance – whether in athletics, academics, or everyday life. She helps clients step out of constant pressure and into a life rooted in clarity, confidence, and self-worth.

Ashlyn holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Her professional experience spans school systems, healthcare, and nonprofits – always with a deep commitment to supporting young people through the hard seasons with honesty, compassion, and hope.
