Delaney is dedicated to working with those who feel stuck in the past or overwhelmed by the future. She brings a warm, compassionate presence that builds trust and makes room for openness and growth. Delaney uses CBT, mindfulness, creative approaches, and humor to support clients in changing their thoughts, regulating their emotions, and building a healthy, whole life. She is passionate about understanding your story and supporting you in writing new chapters. Delaney really enjoys working with those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, emotion regulation, grief, life transitions, perfectionism, and trauma. She offers faith-based counseling for those who desire it.
