About Abby
Abby works with individuals who are feeling stuck in trauma, difficult relationship patterns, or the effects of addiction in their lives or families. Many of her clients are navigating attachment wounds, substance use concerns, or the emotional weight of past experiences. She is passionate about helping people better understand themselves, process what they’ve been through, and move toward greater clarity, healing, and hope.
Abby takes a relational and experiential approach to therapy. She believes meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to slow down, explore their internal experiences, and express what may be difficult to put into words. Abby integrates trauma-informed care with Brainspotting and creative approaches such as incorporating art in session. These methods can help clients process deeper emotional experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and work through things that may feel stuck or overwhelming.
She also has a special interest in supporting individuals struggling with substance use as well as loved ones affected by addiction. Abby works to create a space where clients can explore their experiences without shame while building healthier patterns, boundaries, and stronger relationships.
If you are looking for a therapist who offers warmth, creativity, and a safe space to process difficult experiences, Abby would love to walk alongside you in your healing.
